This section is intended for managing the accounts of shareholders whose securities have been transferred to the nominal holding of the Joint Stock Company "Information and Accounting Center" (hereinafter referred to as the Company), which is designated as the sole operator in the field of state property accounting in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2011, No. 802, and performs the functions of a nominal holder of securities owned by the state or over which the state has property rights, according to subparagraph 9) of paragraph 9 of Article 200 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 1, 2011, "On State Property".

The accounting of the Company's clients' shares, in particular, conducting transactions with their shares and confirming rights to them, is carried out in accordance with the securities market legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in particular, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Securities Market" and the Decree of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 22, 2014, No. 210 "On the approval of the Rules for registering transactions with emission securities in the system of nominal holding of securities, providing a statement from the securities holder’s account in the nominal holding system, and disclosing information by the nominal holder".

Access to the securities and their issuers' databases is provided by the Company to employees of central and local executive bodies managing state-owned shares of republican and municipal (regional and district) property (download application form), provided they have an electronic digital signature of the legal entity (account holder), issued by the National Certification Center of Kazakhstan.
